CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give 24 hours notice on canceled appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are late for your appointment, your time will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled guest. The usual fee for the treatment will remain the same.
NO SHOWS
Not showing for an appointment more than twice will disallow us from booking any further appointments without a credit card number. We reserve the right to charge the full amount for missed appointments after that time.
We do not serve children under 10 years of age.
Due to client complaints, please leave all children at home unless they are receiving services.
